Reviews decide where you rank and what you can charge. Your staff works for a five-star stay from the first message, and stands up for you when a review breaks the rules.

Before the review is written

Most bad reviews start as a small problem nobody heard about. Your staff asks early and fixes it fast.

When a review breaks the rules

Airbnb removes reviews that break its policy, like retaliation, threats or comments that have nothing to do with the stay. Your staff builds the case so you can file it in minutes.

  • Spots the review that breaks the rules
  • Pulls the messages, the timeline and the photos
  • Writes the removal request and cites the policy it breaks
  • Starts the damage claim if something was brokenInside Airbnb's 14-day window
  • Sends it to you to approve and file

Airbnb makes the final call on every review. We never offer guests anything in exchange for a review.

Our home in San Diego.

It started with one house in San Diego.

We host a home ourselves. Agio is the staff we built to run it: pricing it for every event in the city, keeping the cleaner on schedule and welcoming every guest, so we could stop living in the inbox.

In September we let our pricing staff check every open night against what was happening in the city. Here is what it found.

See September at our home

The week 14,000 anime fans came to San Diego, our home was listed at $346 a night.

Our pricing staff would have set it at $630. Across September it checked every open night against what was on in the city and found 22 nights listed at an average of $204 that it priced at $398, matched to eight events.

Questions hosts ask us.

Does it work with my listing?

Agio runs on Airbnb listings today and starts from your listing's calendar. If you also use a channel manager or another booking site, tell us when you join. It decides who we bring on first.

Will the AI message my guests without me?

Not until you say so. Every new staff member starts on trial: what they would send comes to you first. You decide when they can act alone, one job at a time.

Can it get a bad review removed?

Only Airbnb can remove a review, and only when it breaks Airbnb's review policy. When one does, your staff gathers the evidence and writes the request so you can file it quickly. For honest reviews, it drafts a calm, professional reply for you to approve.

What does it cost?

We share pricing on your setup call, and the price you start on stays locked for as long as you stay. The pricing check is free.

Do I have to hand over my Airbnb password?

No. Pricing and housekeeping start from your listing's calendar link. We walk you through anything else on your setup call.
